Cancellation Policy

Life happens — we get it. To keep things fair for both clients and cleaners:

  • 24+ hours before your appointment: You can cancel or reschedule with no penalty.

  • Same-day cancellations: Eligible for a partial refund (amount depends on how late the cancellation is).

  • No-shows: Payment is non-refundable.

This helps us protect our team’s time and keeps our schedule running smoothly.

Satisfaction Policy

Your home should feel clean, fresh, and taken care of — that’s our standard.

If anything is missed or not up to expectations:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours

  2. We will send a cleaner back to fix or touch up the areas

  3. If there's still an issue after the re-clean, we’ll review the situation and provide a fair partial refund based on the work performed

This gives clients peace of mind while also respecting the time and effort our cleaners put in.

Payment Policy

To secure your appointment:

  • Full payment is required upfront at the time of booking

  • No pay-after-service or “day-of” payments

  • Your time slot is reserved only once payment is confirmed

This ensures fairness for clients and allows us to run an efficient schedule without last-minute disruptions.

Pet Policy

Homes with pets may require extra time and cleaning care.
A $40 pet fee is added to help cover additional effort and materials.
